Loan Application Checklist

To get an accurate estimate of how much you will be able to afford, we require the skeleton of the approval information to originate your unique scenario. Once you've gotten in touch with our team, we will send you the following checklist.

Personal Information

All W-2 and/or 1099 forms for the last 2 years

Tax returns for the last 2 years

2 most recent bank statements for all accounts

Copy of Driver's License

Copy of Social Security Card

Credit Authorization Form (This form gives us consent to pull your credit. Charge amount varies.)

If applicable, your permanent resident alien card

If applicable, your bankruptcy discharge documentation

If applicable, a copy of your Social Security Awards Letter for the current year

If you already own a property, make sure to send this information as well.

Copy of the most recent mortgage statement
